Leadership

More than ever, we need educators with the leadership skills and expertise to shape and improve education policy at both the national and district levels. Through small class sizes, dedicated field placement coordinators, and one-on-one academic advising, graduate education students at Monmouth receive the personalized attention to achieve their individual goals and acquire the transferrable skills needed to achieve success within tomorrow’s changing landscape. This new academic world we are living in requires creative “blended” learning platforms, which is why more and more of our graduate education classes are incorporating virtual options, helping students pursue their degree while fulfilling their other professional and personal responsibilities.

All graduate applicants who have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better, and doctoral applicants who have a master’s degree GPA of 3.5 or better, automatically qualify for scholarships, provided they take a minimum of six credits per semester.
